I’ve been in practice for the past 16 years. I’m experienced, passionate and anyone who has been under care in our office knows I love what I do. During my time in practice I’ve been trusted to care for hundreds of families, newborns, pregnant mums-to-be, kids with special needs, elite and amateur athletes, people with chronic physical injuries & emotional struggles, and healthy, thriving people who just want to be at their best. The methods I use are exceptionally gentle and suitable for people of all ages.
My health philosophy is all about how the mind and body are truly connected - acknowledging that the body’s stress response creates changes within the whole system, leaving us more susceptible to injury. I bring a wholistic approach with a Diploma in Mind Body Medicine and Kinesiology - something I’m passionate about sharing with people as they reach their full potential. As a chiropractor I enjoy supporting people of all ages on the journey back to body awareness, reducing stress and re-educating better movement patterns. This includes sports related injuries and prevention, and recovering function post-injury and beyond. I love yoga and pilates and think everyone should find what makes their bodies feel amazing.
